How to change the wand cable – iTero Element™ 5D and iTero Element™ 5D Plus
1. Power off the scanner.
2. Unplug the wand cable from behind the screen - refer to the location of the cable here.
3. For both cart and mobile configuration, squeeze the base of the wand lightly and pull out the wand cable.
4. Plug the cable back into the base and test scan to ensure scanner is working.
