Returned scan data from lab is not visible in scanner
If you are unable to locate a scan data from the lab in the scanner, you may try the following steps:
1. Sync configuration in scanner to ensure all settings are up to date (refer to 'How to sync the iTero scanner').
2. Contact the lab and request for scan data to be returned.
3. If the steps above cannot resolve the issue, please contact iTero Support Team for further assistance.
