If the error message 'Incorrect login details. Please try again.' appears, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the scanner is connected to the Wi-Fi network (refer to 'How to connect Wi-Fi').
2. Check the login details are keyed in correctly.
3. If issue persists, log into MyiTero.com™ (MIDC) on the laptop/computer.
4. Tap 'Forgot Password' on the Login screen to reset your password.
5. If the problem persists, please contact iTero Support Team for further assistance.
