The iTero Support Team may require the serial number of the iTero scanner to add an account. Please refer to the white sticker attached behind the scanner screen (base unit). Serial number will start with 'BLX', 'YUC', or 'NZK' depending on the model of the scanner.

If you are using iTero Element™ Flex (including Certified Pre-Owned) scanner, refer to the white sticker attached on the underside of the Hub. The serial number will begin with 'WOA'.

Alternatively, login to the scanner and follow these steps:

1. Tap on the 'Setting' icon.

2. Under System Settings, tap on 'System Information'.

3. The Base Serial Number (base unit) and Wand Serial Number are available as shown in the image below.
