If you would like to transfer scan data between two doctor accounts, contact the iTero Support Team for further assistance. You will need to provide the Order ID and the 2 doctors’ full names in English. Do note that the transfer of scan data is only available for doctors with Invisalign Doctor Site (IDS) account holders (e.g. both doctors must be Invisalign providers).
