Wi-Fi is connected but still unable to access the internet
If you are unable to access the internet even though Wi-Fi status is Connected, please try the following steps:
1. Select preferred network and tap on 'Forget'.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi again (refer to 'How to connect Wi-Fi').
3. If issue persists, try to connect with Mobile Hotspot (refer to 'How to connect to Mobile Hotspot (iOS)' / 'How to connect to Mobile Hotspot (Android)').
4. If the steps above cannot resolve the issue, please contact the iTero Support Team for further assistance.
