iTero applicationsHow to reset my password in MyiTero.com™ (MIDC)
1. Click on 'Forgot Password' on the 'Login' screen to reset your password.
2. Check your email inbox for an email from support@mycadent.com for temporary password.
3. Log in to MyiTero.com™ (MIDC) using the temporary password from the email - it is recommended to perform a copy/paste on the temporary password from the email to the field when logged into MyiTero.com™ (MIDC) to avoid spelling errors.
4. Change your password when prompted.
5. Insert the temporary password provided into the Current Password field.
