How to allow iTero Support Team to connect with your scanner
The iTero Support Team may need to connect to your scanner to assist you further. You may refer to the following steps to allow access via Team Viewer. Ensure that the scanner is connected to the Wi-Fi network and status is Online (refer to 'How to connect Wi-Fi').
1. Select the 'Help' icon.
2. Tap the 'Headset' icon.
3. The Team Viewer window will appear. Provide your iTero Support Team with the credentials as shown on the window. Please note that the ID and Password will change each time it is activated.
