How to change the procedure type of a scanned case

If you would like to change the case type of your recent orders, you may refer to the following steps:

1. Select the order and tap 'Add Rx' button.

Note: 'Add Rx' can only be done if the order is less than 21 days.

2. Change Procedure type in Rx form.

3. On the top bar, select the 'Scan Mode' followed by the 'Post Processing' step and send the case out. Use this method only if there are no changes or edits required to the patient’s scan.
